Tracey will let you know what you need to get started with essential pantry items to begin or expand on you plant-based journey. Her focus is on meals in 30 mins and ingredients that are affordable and available. It all awaits you – delicious curries, dreamy dahls, sumptuous salads, raw treats, beautiful gourmet desserts and more. You just need to know what you need and how to get started.
Tracey is a self-educated Plant-Based Wholefood Chef who is passionate about teaching plant-based cooking.
Tracey’s biggest passion is leading health & wellness retreats. Over the last 5 years, she has co-lead 28 three and five day Fasting & Wellness Retreats around N.Z. with her husband Jason, and more recently she has led her own inaugural three day Plant-based Cooking Retreat. She also teaches intimate one-day cooking workshops and offers delicious, boutique, plant-based catering for special events and retreats in the wellness space.
