I’m Sarah, and I teach and practice a blend of powerful, dynamic movement systems. My inspiration comes from a diverse range of practices, including Budokon (Yoga, Mobility, and Yobility), Animal Flow, and martial arts (Jiu-Jitsu), each of which brings a unique element to my approach.
With a background rooted in these disciplines, I focus on developing holistic movement experiences that not only enhance physical strength and flexibility but also deepen body awareness and the connection between mind and body. As a practitioner, I draw from these systems to offer a fluid and integrated teaching style that emphasizes functional movement, strength, and mindfulness. My goal is to help others unlock their full physical potential through a practice that is both challenging and deeply rewarding.
