Begum has been active her entire life, from running and playing professional volleyball to practicing Pilates. After a knee injury, she discovered her passion for personal training and the power of mindful movement. Her diverse background includes comprehensive training in Hatha yoga, mindfulness, yin yoga, breathwork, and meditation.
