The Sound bath will last for 50 minutes. The sound bath will involve a wide range of instruments including Ngoni, Balafon, Djembe, Gong, Singing Bowls, Koshis, Flutes, Cymbals, and many others.
Mexican-born, Antonio has been pursuing harmony and sounds since the very early stages of his life. Music is embedded in his culture, and he has the experience and firmly believes in the benefits that Sound Baths brings into our personal and into our vital energy.
