Make Moves with Wolf
Movement is medicine, the more we move, and the more ways we move, the better we feel, and the better we’re able to express ourselves. In a world that is becoming more and more reliant on devices, we’re moving in fewer and fewer ways.
This workshop is an exploration of movement on our own and together as a group. We will bend, we will jump, we will fall, and we will crawl. We’ll make noise, we’ll move like animals, and we’ll move like people. We will try new ways to express ourselves and we will have fun doing it!
Suitable for any fitness level, this workshop is an exploration of yourself, and of yourself amongst others, it isn’t a competition. Come and learn how your body can move in ways you may never have moved before, and feel the emotions that come with those movements, you may be surprised at how they come out to be expressed!
Movement Medicine Man, Massage Therapist, and Energy Healer Wolf Fearn is on a mission to change how our species Moves and views Movement. His expertise has seen him help hundreds of humans climb out of boxes the conventional medical system has left them in with no help, freeing them of pain and guiding them to Rediscover the Freedom of Movement. He also has a passion for Movement across the sporting world, working with professional and semi-professional athletes across multiple codes, as well as youth athletes and non-athletes alike!
