Are you able to stay for the duration of the festival?*

It is appreciated if artists are able to take part in the festival beyond the performance. Your presence over the duration on the event is valuable for the co-creative atmosphere, a unified field, created by the community of participants involved, including: artists, vendors / stall holders, volunteers and festival goers.

We respect your wishes if you choose to have a drink or two. There will be a bar at the festival. Please refrain from BYO alcohol or bringing any bottles into the event. Please review and alcohol guidelines and principles found in the festival FAQ for more information.

Earth Beat is a LEAVE NO TRACE event with zero waste aspirations. Please bring your cups, plate, cutlery. We can help and provide you with cup/plate/cutlery at the event if you aren’t able to bring your own.

Please let us know how we can make it happen. Please include all the costs (travel, gas etc) and the performance. There is a landed fee for international artists).

EB2024 Music Compilation Album

In 2024 we are working to create a compilation album from artist who perform at the festival. This is a great way to share some of your unique talent and allow our audience to download the festival album that will feature selected songs/tracks and styles, all revenue will be transparent and equally shared between all participants and this includes the festival. Any song/track is welcome.

Do you want to be included in the EB2024 Compilation album?*

We ask for shared rights to one of your original produced song/track for the festival music album compilation. it will available for purchase after the event, all proceeds will be shared equally by all artists including Earth Beat. (not a DJ mix, only original production of a song/track) *
