We highly value the participation of our artists, workshop facilitators, healers, presenters, vendors and volunteers, and our objective is to encourage, support and promote those participating throughout this collaboration. As a contribution to the cost of running the festival, we ask you for a participation fee of $300.
We suggest healers hold sessions of between 20-60 mins for a charge ranging from $15 – $60. However, we are open to hearing what you may suggest. Please arrange your own transaction method. We recommend cash as reception for Eftpos may be poor. There will be a kiosk where people can take cash out.
As a participant at Earth-Beat, you will receive a festival pass and a free vehicle pass. Your presence over the duration of the event is valuable for the co-creative atmosphere created by the community of participants involved. Please provide any further information or requirements you would like us to know about.
Please make sure your contribution is paid by the due date in the confirmation letter, once you have been accepted.
Please note: spaces for the healers circle are very limited and we can only accept a small amount of applicants.
