This form is for those who wish to contribute to the heArts Village within Earth Beat Festival. All offerings within the space will focus on sustainable community development through live demonstrations of Creative Living Skills.

Earth Beat is not like any other festival. It is vital for those who apply to be familiar with our kaupapa (purpose), the reason ‘why’ our festival exists.

Contribution & Requirements
Please consider how your contribution will align with the purpose and values of Earth Beat Festival. If you are unsure what Earth Beat is about, visit our kaupapa and blog.
Please list all technical and logistical requirements for your offering. Consider space, lighting, power, sound, ambiance, seating, materials, equipment, consumables, natural resources, weather (shelter/shade), signage, etc.
Do you have any availability limitations that need to be considered when scheduling your contribution? (e.g. are you only at the festival during the weekends, or does your contribution need to take place during day/night?)
1.) Please indicate if you need any assistance with setting up. 2.) As a participant at Earth Beat, your entry will be free. Additional costs for materials, supplies, brilliance can be talked about directly with our village coordinator Sally.
Please describe your camping situation (tent, vehicle, gazebo, etc.). Please indicate the size of the area needed to accommodate your camping within the heArts village and include a description of how you would like to be setting up (for example, include who you would need to camp next to, communal kitchen/living areas, sheltered spaces, etc.)
Please provide a visual depiction (a hand drawing is sufficient) of your ideal camping setup, and any structures you wish to erect in the heArts Village, including approximate dimensions in meters. Where you are camping with friends in the village, include them in your map. Please label vehicles, tents, canopies, gazebos, communal seating, cooking equipment, etc.
Please note: we cannot guarantee sufficient allocation of space to meet everyones requests, but we will do our very best to.
