The price per stall reflects the number of stalls we accept in relation to the volume of participants, in conjunction with a 5-day trading period.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE VENDORS
$1050 + GST (this applies for a standard 3×3). Additional depth may be permissible on a case-by-case basis at no extra cost. Please let us know if you require additional depth for your site. You must tell us the exact size of your stall, including your storage and dishwashing areas at the back. You will need to remain within your allocated space and remove anything that is outside of it.
This fee includes 4 tickets to the festival, free camping in a tent, 2 vehicle passes of your choice (sleeper vehicle or parking), and a power supply. A maximum of x2 additional staff tickets can also be purchased at a discounted rate of $200 for each 3x3m site booked. Staff passes do not include vehicle passes.

$500 + GST (this applies for a standard 3x3m site). This fee includes a double pass to the festival, free camping in a tent, and 1 vehicle pass of your choice (sleeper vehicle or parking). Power supply is $30 additional. A maximum of x2 additional staff tickets per 3x3m site can also be purchased at a discounted rate of $200 each.

PAYMENT DEADLINE
Successful applicants will be required to pay for their site within 2 weeks of their acceptance email to secure their site.
