Come home to your physical self. Drop into the body. Activate the strength within. Holistic HIT is a combination of body weight workouts, interval training, breathwork, meditation and full body activation. Created by an ex-professional boxer and kickboxer, this session is designed to inspire you to return home to your physical self, awaken your senses, remember your capacity and inspire you to focus on consistency. This session will kickstart your 2023 physical health goals and motivate you to begin your daily holistic fitness practice out of the mind and back into the wisdom of the body.
Rich is a devoted father of 5 girls from 8-16yrs old and his greatest passion is mind, body, soul mastery and living life’s mystery to the fullest. From the age of 10 he started martial arts and earned a black belt in Taekwondo and kickboxing then later become professional. He won titles in boxing, kickboxing and body building and fought internationally. He is a certified personal trainer, yoga teacher and creates bespoke fitness packages for men and women based on years of experience with working with the physical body.
